On April 9, 2024, the 2024 "Double Hundred Project" Social Work Station Work Exchange Meeting of Baiyun District, sponsored by the Baiyun District Civil Affairs Bureau and undertaken by the Guangzhou Social Worker "Double Hundred Project" Supervision Center (hereinafter referred to as the Supervision Center), Helong Sub-district Office and Helong Street "Double Hundred Project" Social Work Station, was held in Helong Sub-district Office. A total of 102 people attended the meeting, including He Weilin, deputy director of the Baiyun District Civil Affairs Bureau, Liang Qiong, head of the Baiyun District Community Service Center, directors of public service offices in various towns and streets, representatives of social work organizations, supervisors of Baiyun District Double Hundred and representatives of social work stations.
The purpose of this work exchange meeting is to better implement the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Social Work Stations in Guangzhou" and supporting documents, convey the important spirit of charity work, learn from each other's excellent service experience, discuss the difficulties encountered and countermeasures, and promote the high-quality development of the "Double Hundred Project" social work station services in Baiyun District.

1. Gather strength and do deep and practical
Under the new model of social work stations, the Baiyun District Civil Affairs Bureau requires all social work stations of the "Double Hundred Project" to continue to consolidate their services, first, to continue to implement the requirements of the new management measures of social work stations, to do a deep and solid job of people's livelihood work, and to further weave a solid security network. The second is to continuously innovate the "five social linkage" mechanism, deepen the "charity + social work + volunteer" service, combine the task requirements of the "Double Hundred Project" and the characteristics of the town street, excavate characteristic charity projects, leverage social capital in the form of projects, support the work in the field of people's livelihood in the whole region, and create a charity brand of "Kindness and Warmth Baiyun". Third, we should continue to make good use of the platform of the community charity fund, carry out more charity activities, give full play to the role of the charity fund, increase the construction of charity supermarkets, and strive to complete the full coverage of the construction of charity supermarkets in the whole region by the end of June. Liang Qiong, head of the Baiyun District Community Service Center, also added an explanation of the incentive measures for the construction of charity supermarkets, mobilizing social work institutions and social work stations to give full play to their professional advantages, innovate forms, and create demonstration sites.

2. Move forward hand in hand and share experience
The social worker station of Helong Street in Baiyun District received an excellent grade in the evaluation at the end of the project cycle. Zhou Li'e, deputy director of the social work station, shared with all social workers how to do a good job in evaluation and the creation of characteristic projects. She shared with all the social workers the overall situation of the street, the specific problems existing in the community, how to carry out the needs analysis of the district, the formulation of the service plan, and the actual cases and skills in the specific evaluation. She particularly emphasized the need to integrate multiple resources, effectively respond to the needs of special groups, and attach importance to the promotion of projects, multi-party linkage and in-depth services, so as to give more inspiration and thinking to the participating social workers.

3. Communicate in groups and enjoy the future
In the exchange meeting, the form of brainstorming was used on the spot to discuss four topics: the mechanism and implementation path of the "five social associations", how to set up the station-piece-point service plan, the logic and effectiveness of the design of the party building project, and the emotional pressure and coping methods of social workers in the new model.
The social workers combined the topic and their own work experience, and talked eloquently, about the mechanism and implementation path of the "five social associations", Group A believes that the "five social linkage" is not a fixed form, and it is necessary to find the problems of the community, use the project form to integrate multiple resources, and build a mechanism to pay more attention to mutual benefit and win-win with partners; Group C shared that party building projects should grasp the logic of organizational construction, project services and effectiveness, and pay attention to the focus and correlation between party building projects and town, street, community and group services, while group D focused on the emotional pressure and coping methods of social workers under the new model, shared the different pressures and problems faced by social workers in different scenarios such as service and management, and put forward targeted responses and solutions.
Gathering strength and enjoying the future, social workers externalize and internalize the knowledge and knowledge in their work. After this discussion and exchange, there are more and more fulfilling imagination and practice directions, which will also be the goal of social workers' continuous exploration and practice.

Through this exchange meeting, the social work station learned how to create characteristic highlights under the new evaluation model, sort out the service effectiveness, and better clarify the ideas for service progress. In the next step, under the guidance and support of the Baiyun District Civil Affairs Bureau and the Supervision Center, the Baiyun District Supervision Group will continue to improve the three-level education and learning network, empower the social work station professionally, and help the construction of the Baiyun District Social Work Station to develop in the direction of institutionalization, standardization and specialization under the new model!
