The police immediately took action to investigate the illegal operation of the car dealership, and successfully smashed an upstream "three-no" battery production den. 8 suspects were arrested, and 950 sets of various batteries and 4 modified electric bicycles were seized at the scene.
In Nanjing, the three major teams of the traffic police also carried out special investigation and punishment for traffic violations of electric bicycle assembly, modification and installation. An electric vehicle business department in Qinhuai District was fined 50,000 yuan for modifying electric bicycles, a business department in Yuhuatai District was fined 20,000 yuan for installing battery brackets, and a business department in Jiangning District was fined 10,000 yuan for installing a backrest trunk.
