Wang Xinglong, deputy manager of the maintenance project of the Jingtai to Wufo section of the G247 line: Our project started construction in mid-May, and the main construction content includes widening the original pavement from 6 meters to 7.5 meters, and the pavement structure layer includes a full-depth in-situ cold recycling subbase, a cement-stabilized gravel base and an upper and lower layer. At present, the main work is the construction of the full-depth in-situ cold recycling subbase, and the whole project is expected to be completed in mid-August.
The G247 line surface maintenance project starts from the intersection of the East Second Ring Road in Jingtai County, and ends at the Wufo Yansi Ferry, with a total length of 16 kilometers, and the main construction content includes roadbed renovation, pavement structure layer paving, pouring concrete shoulder and curb paving, marking and traffic sign update. In order to minimize the impact of the project construction on the travel of the masses, the project team has minimized the full-width closure time of each section by continuously optimizing the traffic organization plan, continuously increasing the investment of manpower and material resources, and promoting multiple links synchronously, so as to complete the main project as soon as possible and resume normal traffic.

It is understood that the G247 line Jingtai to Wufo section of the maintenance project applies the full deep cold recycling treatment subbase technology, through the cold recycling equipment, the milling, crushing, additive, mixing and other processes of the old road are completed on the spot, adding crushed stone, cement, water and other external materials, and then leveling and rolling, and the health is completed as the road subbase.
