During the inspection, the law enforcement officers found that some businesses had potential food safety hazards and non-standard use and operation of measuring instruments in supermarkets, such as the sale of expiring food without a conspicuous display of consumer warning signs, the direct import of food without dust covers, the aging of food processing facilities, the replacement of untimely food, the expiration of the registration certificate of food vendors, and the use of unverified measurement scales in supermarkets. In response to these problems, law enforcement officers gave on-site guidance, requiring businesses to rectify immediately, and promised to strengthen follow-up supervision to ensure that the problems are completely resolved.
