The comprehensive emergency drill of hazardous chemicals accident simulated the damage of the No. V03 tank in the Henghe Yongsheng tank area due to unknown reasons, resulting in the leakage of styrene monomer, causing the tank operator to be unconscious due to inhaling excessive styrene and causing a fire. After the "accident" occurred, Henghe Yongsheng Group immediately activated the emergency plan and actively took self-rescue measures to save itself before the external rescue force arrived at the scene. Under the guidance of the team leader, the group's emergency repair and rescue team divided the team into 2 groups for disposal, and checked that the DCS control system had automatically cut off the feed valve, and a group of personnel immediately switched the tank valve, started the styrene output pump, and transferred the non-leaking styrene to other safe storage tanks. Another group of personnel is responsible for transferring the poisoned and unconscious people to the emergency assembly point, and the medical rescue team will perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the wounded. The alert and evacuation team will alert the scene, start the alarm bell, and guide all employees to evacuate to the assembly point. The emergency repair and rescue team continued to use outdoor fire hydrants to spray down the storage tanks, delaying the speed of fire expansion and waiting for external rescue forces to arrive.
Emergency, fire protection, public security, health, ecological environment, park and other relevant departments rushed to the scene, the park management center set up an on-site command center, immediately carry out emergency rescue work, each department performs its duties, each does its duty, in the shortest possible time to eliminate the danger, to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
In addition to the comprehensive emergency drill for hazardous chemical emergencies, a drill was also conducted for the disposal of waterlogging accidents in rivers around the park. The simulated continuous heavy rainfall caused the water level of the river to rise in the fine chemical industrial park of Zhaoqing Jinli High-tech Zone, resulting in waterlogging in the park, blockage of drainage pipes, waterlogging and other problems. Henghe Yongsheng Group actively adopts measures such as raising hazardous chemicals and building temporary waterproof fortifications with flood control sandbags in Class A warehouses to prevent waterlogging disasters. When the waterlogging water continues to rise, the park timely use pumps, drainage pipes, etc. to dredge, drain operations, and quickly organize personnel to evacuate, in the park and enterprises with the joint efforts, the park waterlogging has been effectively disposed of, low-lying areas have been transferred to a safe point, the danger has been lifted.
