In accordance with the arrangement of the "Announcement on the Introduction of High-level and Urgently Needed Talents by Public Institutions in Baiyun Obo Mining Area in 2024", according to the order of interview results from high to low and the number of positions, the candidates who will enter the scope of physical examination will be determined in equal amounts, and the physical examination and inspection work are hereby notified as follows:

1. Scope of physical examination

Candidates who attend the interview and enter the physical examination.

2. Matters related to physical examination

(1) Physical examination time: 8:00 on June 24, 2024 (Monday).

(2) Physical examination location: Gather in the hall on the first floor of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Mongolian Medicine Hospital in Baiyun Obo Mining Area (address: Rehabilitation Road, Baiyun Obo Mining Area, Baotou City).

(3) Physical examination standards: Refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial)".

(4) When participating in the physical examination, candidates must bring their interview admission ticket, ID card or temporary ID card, passport, social security card, and a recent 1-inch blue background photo. Candidates pay for the physical examination fee (390 yuan for men and 430 yuan for women).

(5) If it is necessary to re-examine according to the regulations, it will be organized to other tertiary hospitals for re-examination once, and the re-examination results shall prevail.

(6) Those who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up. Those who falsify or conceal the true situation during the physical examination shall be disqualified from employment and replaced in turn.

3. Instructions for physical examination

(1) After arriving at the meeting place, you must follow the arrangements of the staff and actively cooperate with the physical examination. During the physical examination, candidates should follow the guidelines of the staff and the order of the physical examination. After the completion of the physical examination, the physical examination form should be handed over to the staff for unified collection, and the candidates should not take it away, and the medical staff can only leave the physical examination hospital after the medical staff confirm that there is no missing test.

(2) On the day of the physical examination, you need to take blood on an empty stomach, B ultrasound and other examinations, please fast for 8-12 hours before the examination, rest early before the physical examination, do not stay up late, avoid fatigue and strenuous exercise, eat less or do not eat high-fat and high-sugar foods, do not drink alcohol, eat a light diet, and stop if you are taking antibiotics, vitamins and diet pills. Wear light clothing and no metal accessories on the day of the examination.

(3) If a female person is required to note "menstruation" on the physical examination form during menstruation, please do not do a urine test, and re-test it after the menstrual period is completed; If you are pregnant or may have become pregnant, please be sure to inform the medical staff in advance and inform them by phone before the physical examination, and you should note "pregnancy" in the physical examination form, and do not do X-rays and other radiological examination items.

(4) Candidates must strictly abide by the discipline of physical examination, conduct physical examination in accordance with the guidance of the staff and the order of physical examination, and obey the management of the staff. For impersonation and exchange of physical examination samples during physical examination, or other fraudulent situations, it will be handled as cheating. It is strictly forbidden for the parents and accompanying persons of the physical examination personnel to enter the physical examination meeting place and the physical examination area of the hospital.

Fourth, the inspection matters

(1) The inspection work shall be led by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Baiyun Obo Mining Area, and the recruitment unit shall jointly form an inspection team of more than 2 people, and organize and implement it.

The inspection time is from June 25th to July 2nd, please keep the communication unimpeded, and provide the personnel files and related materials required for the inspection work in a timely manner.

(2) The inspection team shall conduct a serious and comprehensive inspection of the personnel who have passed the physical examination. The contents of the inspection include: ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability and school performance, etc., and whether the candidates meet the specified job qualifications, and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate.

It is generally conducted through methods such as individual conversations, on-site visits, review of personnel files, inquiries into social credit records, and face-to-face interviews with persons under investigation, and may also be conducted as needed to conduct extended investigations, to ensure a broad and in-depth understanding of the situation, to be comprehensive, objective, and fair, and to form specific investigation conclusions. If it is found that the subject of the inspection has any circumstances that affect the employment and fails to pass the inspection, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

If there is a vacancy due to failure to participate in the physical examination, giving up in the middle of the inspection, failing to submit materials within the prescribed time, or failing to pass the physical examination, the vacancy shall be filled in equal amounts according to the interview ranking from high to low.
