Huang, born in 1964, is 61 years old this year.

In 2017, Spencer, then 27, told Eastern Finance that he had "learned all the skills of running a bar" from scratch. After a year of study, Madison returned to the United States and worked in the kitchen at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami as well as at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant.
