A new round of subsidies for car purchases

In order to provide consumers with tangible subsidies for car purchases and continue to stimulate enthusiasm for car purchases, the Eco-City will entrust China Construction Bank Tianjin Development Branch to issue a new round of car consumption vouchers through the "CCB Life" app, which can be applied for by all people in Tianjin (including those from other places).
The total amount of consumption vouchers in this round is 1.5 million yuan, including 300,000 yuan of exclusive automobile consumption vouchers for talents (only for individuals who have successfully applied for the Bincheng Talent Service Certificate, log in to the "CCB Life" APP with the registered mobile phone number of the Bincheng Talent Service Certificate). Personal consumption can be deducted up to 5,500 yuan for car purchases, with a limited amount and first-come, first-served.

Note: Talent car consumption vouchers are valid until August 31, and if they are not used after expiration, they will be automatically transferred to ordinary car consumption vouchers.
There are two types of automobile consumption vouchers: "trade-in consumption vouchers" and "new car purchase vouchers", and different amounts of subsidies will be given according to the amount of the car purchased (the total amount of the car purchase price tax), with a maximum subsidy of 5,500 yuan.
New vouchers for car purchases
It is applicable to individual consumers who purchase a new family car with less than seven seats (inclusive) in the applicable scenario.
Trade-in vouchers
It is applicable to individual consumers who purchase new household new energy vehicles with less than seven seats (inclusive) in the applicable scenario after selling or scrapping a household car with less than seven seats (inclusive) under their own name.
The old vehicle must be registered in the name of the purchaser for at least 90 calendar days, and the date of sale or scrapping must be within 30 calendar days before the issuance of the uniform invoice for the sale of the motor vehicle.
Note: The two types of consumption vouchers cannot be used together.
1. Download and register the "CCB Life" APP in the mobile app store, bind the bank card and complete the real-name authentication (the APP can be bound to other bank cards, and you can view the list of supported banks and card types when binding the card).
2. Click on "Buy Bincheng and Promote Consumption - China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Automobile Consumption Voucher" in the "Local Discounts" on the homepage of the APP to enter the collection page.
3. Consumption vouchers are reduced by the full amount. During the validity period, consumers can use the bank card bound to the "CCB Life" APP to pay at the participating merchants to deduct the preferential amount of consumption vouchers. Book your alarm and grab your ticket!
