When the "Qinhuai Lantern Festival" came to Lhasa
What a feeling
The Qinhuai Lantern Festival is known as "the first lantern festival in the world" and "the Qinhuai lantern color armor in the world". Co-sponsored by the Lhasa Municipal People's Government, the Jiangsu Forward Headquarters for Aid to Tibet and the Qinhuai District People's Government, the "Light Up Lhasa - Qinhuai Lantern Festival" will reproduce the Qinhuai Lantern Festival from Nanjing to Lhasa, the Sunshine City on the plateau, so that Lhasa people and tourists can enjoy the Qinhuai lanterns with the longest history.
Let's take a look at the 2024 "Light up the Chinese Lantern" - the National Main Venue of the Year of the Dragon Lantern Festival Lanterns to Welcome the New Year and the 38th China Qinhuai Lantern Festival Lighting Ceremony.
The lantern festival will be held from July 1 to September 30 at Lok Hong Park in Zongjiao.
There are 17 points and 50 light groups, covering the characteristic elements of Jiangsu and Lhasa, such as "Auspicious Eight Treasures", "Yak", "Jiangnan Smoke and Rain" and "Wuyi Lane".
At the lighting ceremony of the "Light Up Lhasa - Qinhuai Lantern Festival", there are also wonderful theatrical performances.
If you are planning to come to Lhasa, don't miss the lantern festival in Zongjiao Lukang Park.
Zongjiao Lukang Park, also known as "Longwangtan Park", is a favorite leisure resort for everyone. When you come here, you can see the Potala Palace reflected on the lake, you can follow the local people to jump the pot village, and you can row a boat......
