Project Highlights:
Application of hydrogen doping technology for large-scale H-class gas turbines
The project is the first in China to adopt hydrogen-doped 9HA.01 gas turbine units, through the application of a series of technical optimization, to achieve a thermal efficiency of more than 70.51% in the case of heating, with the ability to supply various grades of steam to surrounding enterprises, and absorb the hydrogen-containing tail gas generated in the production process, to achieve comprehensive utilization of energy.
It is estimated that compared with the units fueled by pure natural gas, the two 9HA.01 units operate at full load with 10% hydrogen fuel per year, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 58,000 tons, and play a leading role in energy conservation and emission reduction.
The first H-class multi-shaft unit in China
High-level and large-platform joint plant layout
The project adopts the high-level and large-platform joint plant layout of multi-axle units, which is more open and tidy in the plant, which meets the space conditions required for the on-site placement of all large items, the maintenance of indoor generators and rotors, and the lifting and maintenance of large equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines and generators, which is convenient for efficient operation and maintenance.

Modular arrangement of circulating water
The project adopts the design of an integrated circulating water system, and integrates the water collection device, circulating water pump and other facilities with the cooling tower to realize the high-level collection of cooling water, improve the safety and reliability of the circulating water pump, and achieve remarkable energy saving and environmental protection effects.
Low-loss heating optimization technology
In view of the characteristics of high parameters and large flow fluctuation range of ultra-high pressure steam for external heating, advanced low-loss heating optimization technology is adopted to ensure the safety and reliability of heating supply to the greatest extent, improve heating efficiency, and have obvious effects of energy saving and consumption reduction.
Reclaimed water reuse achieves zero wastewater discharge in the whole plant
The project uses reclaimed water as the industrial water source of the power plant, and through the use of softening, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and thermal compression technologies, the produced water of each process is treated and reused in multiple stages, so as to achieve efficient utilization of water resources and zero discharge of wastewater from the whole plant.
