Dasheng Group and Jingwei Textile Machinery jointly undertook the project of "Key Technology and Industrial Application of High-quality Low-consumption and High-efficiency Production of Lyocell High-count Yarn" and passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements
On June 23, 2024, the China National Textile and Apparel Council organized and held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of the China National Textile and Apparel Council's scientific and technological guidance project "Key Technologies and Industrial Applications of Lyocell High-count Yarn High-quality, Low-consumption and Efficient Production" jointly completed by Jiangsu Dasheng Group Co., Ltd. and Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The appraisal committee believes that the project has completed the requirements specified in the task book, and the overall technology is at the international advanced level, and unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal.
The project started from the aspects of high quality and high efficiency, flexibility and low consumption, reduced labor and quality traceability, and developed the key technology of high-quality, low-consumption and high-efficiency production of lyocell high-count yarn, and realized industrialization. In the project, the method of mixing and optimizing the proportion of different lyocell fibers is proposed, and the technologies of lightweight roving strip drying, special compact siro spinning device, long car accumulation negative pressure and uniform temperature and humidity control of the car surface are developed to ensure the high-quality and stable production of lyocell high-count yarn.
At the same time, it has also developed a one-track double-machine cotton grabbing system, a large-capacity roving transfer system, an automatic collection, carding and reuse system for residual fibers, as well as a linkage energy-saving system for flute wind pressure, workshop lighting and spinning single spindle detection, so as to realize the flexible and low-consumption production of Lyocell high-count yarn. Break through the automatic conveying technology of parallel-parallel and parallel-coarse semi-products, and optimize the conveying system of comb-parallel and coarse-fine semi-products, so as to realize the automatic logistics transportation of multi-layer workshops, so as to form a three-dimensional transportation of the whole process of spinning. Based on the Internet of Things technology and the point-to-point logistics of the whole process, the project is driven by the electronic yarn clearing data and the analysis of the residual stock of the semi-finished product coiled sliver, and innovates the quality traceability system and management system of the whole process of the semi-finished product.
The project has independent intellectual property rights, applied for 23 patents, including 2 authorized invention patents, 16 authorized utility model patents, formulated 1 enterprise standard, and published 2 academic papers. After third-party testing, all indicators meet the requirements of excellent products of relevant standards. After the product was put on the market, it was well received by users, and the economic and social benefits were significant.

The 1 million spindle spinning project in Kuitun, Xinjiang, started in the digital intelligence world
Shanghai Digital Intelligence World Industrial Technology Group Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of 4 billion yuan, covers a total area of nearly 1,000 acres, and is constructed in two phases.

With the strong support of all parties, Digital Intelligence World Group will not only fully promote the construction of the project, complete the construction of the first phase of the project in the second half of the year, realize the installation of equipment, and strive to complete the project as soon as possible, put it into production as soon as possible, and make due contributions to the economic development of Kuitun, but also rely on the group's overall industrial comprehensive operation capabilities, configure an excellent management team for the project, equip it with advanced digital equipment and intelligent systems at home and abroad, and strive to build the park into a benchmark project for the digital intelligence of the cotton spinning industry.
After the start of the Kuitun project, the planned 4.81 million spindle production capacity of Digital Intelligence World at this stage, in addition to the more than 2.3 million spindles that have been put into production, the remaining production capacity has all entered the construction or installation stage. After the completion of the full release of all the current planned production capacity in 2025, the digital intelligence world will transform nearly 1 million tons of Xinjiang cotton on the spot every year.

Textile is listed as the key area of "leader" in the implementation of enterprise standards in 2024
The State Administration for Market Regulation recently issued an announcement on the "2024 Implementation of Enterprise Standards "Leader" Key Areas", a total of 146 areas are included in the 2024 implementation of enterprise standards "Leader" key areas, including the textile field in the "textile industry"; the field of textile and apparel in the "textile, garment and apparel industry"; In the field of synthetic fibers and bio-based materials in the "chemical fiber manufacturing industry".
The announcement is based on the "Opinions of the State Administration for Market Regulation and Other Eight Departments on the Implementation of the "Leader" System of Enterprise Standards", and the State Administration for Market Regulation, in conjunction with the relevant departments of the State Council, thoroughly implements the new development concept, with the goal of promoting consumption, expanding domestic demand, leading green consumption, and promoting the development of new quality productivity. Consumer attention and standards are proposed to improve the quality of products and services.
It is understood that the enterprise standard "leader" system is an encouraging policy to increase the effective supply of medium and high-end products and services and support high-quality development through high-level standards, which plays an important role in deepening the reform of standardization work, promoting the transformation of new and old economic momentum, supply-side structural reform and cultivating a number of vanguard enterprises with innovative capabilities.
The "leader" of enterprise standards refers to enterprises with leading core indicators of product or service standards. Based on the self-declaration and disclosure of enterprise product and service standards, the "leader" of enterprise standards mobilizes third-party evaluation institutions (hereinafter referred to as evaluation institutions) such as standardization technical institutions, industry associations, industry alliances, and platform enterprises to carry out enterprise standard level evaluation, publishes enterprise standard rankings, determines standard leaders, and establishes a dynamic adjustment mechanism with multi-party participation, continuous upgrading, and closed-loop feedback.
