The construction staff celebrated the completion of the pouring of the pile foundation of the main bridge of the Dengkou Yellow River Bridge Project on National Highway 110.

It is reported that the superstructure of the main bridge of the Yellow River Bridge at the mouth of the National Highway 110 adopts the corrugated steel web prestressed continuous beam bridge, and a total of 11 main piers of the main bridge are arranged, and the hole span is arranged as 85 + 10X130 + 85; each pier of the main bridge of the Yellow River Bridge adopts 22 pile foundations with a diameter of 1.8 meters and a pile length of 94 meters; and a group of pile foundations is formed as the basic structure of the bridge.

The project is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River, which belongs to the wandering riverbed, with an ultra-long pile foundation length, complex geological conditions, extremely high requirements for drilling equipment and drilling technology, and safety and quality risks such as hole collapse and buried drilling during the construction process. To this end, the project team strengthened scientific and technological research, ensured the quality of the project with the quality of human work, and used a special "sediment separator" hole cleaning equipment to clean the holes to ensure that the sediment was cleaned in place, and ensured the quality of the piles by ensuring the depth of the steel casing into the soil and using high-quality bentonite mud for wall protection. The project is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2026.
