Subsequently, the inspection team went deep into Longjiang Wanlitai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Longpeng Coal Development Co., Ltd. and Baililiang New Energy Co., Ltd., and used the relevant safety production qualification certificate query platform to focus on checking the authenticity of the safety production qualification certificate of the "three post personnel". In addition, the inspectors combined with the "five in" work of safety publicity, preached the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China", "Heilongjiang Province Safety Production Regulations" and other laws and regulations and typical cases to enterprises, issued the "Special Operations FAQ Manual" for employees, and answered the specific process of special operation training and assessment on the spot, so as to further establish the concept of enterprise safety production and the awareness of the rule of law.
The inspection team requires that all districts, counties and departments should take the special treatment of safety production qualification certificates as an opportunity to further strengthen the implementation of territorial management responsibilities, departmental supervision responsibilities and enterprise main responsibilities, and promote the in-depth development of the three-year action to tackle the root causes of production safety. All enterprises should carry out self-inspection and self-examination of the authenticity of the "three positions" personnel in a timely manner, immediately rectify the problems found in the self-inspection, establish a verification ledger one by one, and report the clues of the fake certificate to the relevant regulatory departments in a timely manner.
