Parking spaces are waterlogged on rainy days, "one is hard to find" when you go home at night, and the road is too narrow to make it difficult to drive...... Yongfeng Street Yushu Nanyuan community parking, car problems has been the residents of the "troubles", this year from May to July, Yushu residential area party branch comprehensive policy to solve the problem, "three carriages" in the same direction, according to local conditions to optimize community parking resources, on the basis of the comprehensive transformation of damaged parking spaces, widen part of the road, opened up 48 new shared parking spaces, to a certain extent to alleviate the parking pressure of the community.
The earliest phase of Yushu Nanyuan community was built in 2002, the original part of the parking space in the community due to the long service life, the original lawn brick parking space appeared different degrees of brick damage and ground depression, there were a lot of "patches", as soon as it rained, the parking space was seriously waterlogged. In response to this problem, the general party branch of Yushu residential area took the lead, organized the property committee and the property to hold several "trinity" meetings for consultation, and determined the renovation area through on-site survey, solved the problem of road water during the flood season, and ensured the safety of residents.
During the survey, the staff found that in addition to the problem of water accumulation, some roads and corners in the community were narrow, and the residents' vehicles were parked on the side of the road in the evening, which not only made it difficult for cars, but also blocked the passage of fire trucks, which was a potential safety hazard. In addition, due to the original width of the parking space in the community of 3 meters, the overall parking resources of the community have not been fully utilized, and the parking problem that has been plaguing residents has taken a turn for the better in the transformation.
In response to the above problems, the general party branch of the residential area organized the business committee, property management, and community police to conduct on-the-spot investigations in the community many times, and determined the waterlogged reconstruction area and road widening area on the basis of fully soliciting the opinions of residents through on-site measurement, contact visits, etc., and formulated a widening plan and a parking space delineation plan.
In mid-May, the parking space renovation project of the community was implemented in different regions. At the end of June, the construction party completed the pavement widening of part of the road in the community. In mid-July, the construction party carried out a comprehensive renovation of about 160 damaged parking spaces in Yushu Nanyuan Community, adjusted the width of parking spaces, re-delineated them, and added 48 shared parking spaces in combination with the vacant areas and corners of the community. After the transformation, it not only improves the safety factor of residents' travel, but also makes parking more standardized and orderly.
