The relevant person in charge of the District Education Bureau said that the construction of inclusive kindergartens will be included in the unified planning of urban and rural public management and public service facilities to ensure the balanced distribution of preschool education resources. At the same time, strict implementation of the "five synchronization" requirements, the community supporting kindergartens to promote the establishment of public parks, rural areas also ensure that each town has at least one public park, to meet the needs of the majority of school-age children.
