Luo Shouhong and his entourage visited the campus culture and Cantonese opera expo on the two campuses of the school. The principal of the school introduced the development history of the school in the past 100 years, the special projects (Cantonese opera, table tennis, swimming, etc.) and the development of the school's characteristics. Subsequently, Luo Shouhong and his entourage had an in-depth discussion and exchange with the school.

Leung Yee-ha, a renowned Cantonese opera performer, recalled the couple's experience of bonding with the school and jointly promoting the inheritance of Cantonese opera. Li Chixiang, a famous Cantonese opera actor and director of the Guangdong Cantonese Opera Workers Association, demonstrated the "singing" and "dantian breathing" of Cantonese opera. Seeing the importance that the school attaches to Cantonese opera culture and the excellent results achieved in recent years, they said that they will go all out to help the school do a good job in the inheritance of Cantonese opera culture, help the school cultivate the new generation of Cantonese opera, and let the art of Cantonese opera be passed on from generation to generation.

At the symposium, Luo Shouhong shared his experience of working in Hong Kong when he was young. He strengthened his career with perseverance, and at the same time always cherished the inseparable hometown complex, fed back Sangzi, dedicated selfless love, and conveyed warmth to compatriots in the Bay Area. After learning about the development of Cantonese opera education in the school, Luo Shouhong decided to donate 750,000 yuan to the school to promote the development and inheritance of Cantonese opera culture in the school. The school presented Mr. and Mrs. Luo Shouhong with a souvenir "Lacquer Painting of the Red Cotton" made by teachers and students as a token of gratitude.

Tang hopes that the school will continue to work hard to combine the school's history, culture and educational stories, and deepen the connotation of "good education" while inheriting the excellent Cantonese culture on campus through the art form of Cantonese opera. In terms of the inheritance of Cantonese opera culture, we will make good use of Luo Shouhong's donation to solidly promote the construction of the Cantonese Opera Expo and give full play to its educational function and radiation role.

The principal of Nanyangli Primary School said that Luo Shouhong's "great kindness and great love" and the entrustment and hope of the leaders will inspire all teachers and students of Nanyangli Primary School to carry forward the past and forge ahead. It is believed that with the joint efforts of everyone, the road of Cantonese opera cultural inheritance in Nanyangli Primary School will become broader and broader, and contribute more to the development of Cantonese culture and intangible cultural heritage.
