In 2018, the Dali Cultural and Ecological Protection Experimental Zone Bai Sandao Tea Transmission Institute was officially listed in Dong Li's hometown, which is located in the beautiful Dragon Shrine Wharf, transformed with the support of the State Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, and is a traditional Bai courtyard. The open-air courtyard is spacious and comfortable, and many Bai three-course tea teaching activities are completed in the small courtyard. Speaking of the experience of building the chuanxue institute, Dong Li said: "The house has been built, I renovated some of the places I needed, added a lot of raw materials and tools needed to learn the three teas, and then began to formally 'teach to the outside', carry forward the traditional things and things, the people in the village are very supportive of me." ”

Longgong Village in Dali Town is a traditional Bai village, and Longgong Wharf is also one of Dali's famous tourist attractions, with tourists flocking in previous years. There is a training center in the village, the villagers are very happy, the old people in the village are even happier, often go to Dong Li's house without a problem, watching the waves of tourists seriously taste the Bai three teas, understand the Bai culture, and feel that this training center is right. In addition to tourists, Dong Li also held one after another three tea culture experience activities in this small courtyard, bringing out a number of apprentices.

But after opening the right training center, Dong Li felt more and more "wrong". Under the new crown epidemic, the Dragon Shrine Pier was temporarily closed, the number of tourists was almost zero, and the original location advantage was suddenly gone, at the same time, Dong Li also saw some limitations of the small courtyard. "Three-course tea is not only a few minutes of making tea, it is a system. When I wanted to make a systematic display of Dali's tea culture, fire pond culture, etc., I found that the home was too small, and the location in the center of the village was inconvenient, and few people would come over after the pier was not open," Dong Li said. Therefore, she actively tried her best to carry forward the three tea culture from the combination of external and tourism, and the guiding ideology of integrating the masses into the three teas to return to life, and established the Bai Three Tea Living Experience Hall in the Fengyang Yi Tea Horse Ancient Road and the Left Bank Highland of Jurong City, officially opening her three-point and one-line inheritance life.

In the past two years, in the case of many industries frustrated by the epidemic, Dong Li has insisted on carrying out inheritance and teaching activities in line with the requirements of prevention and control, and has also accepted new apprentices. At the same time, Dali University and Dali Agriculture and Forestry Vocational and Technical College have also set up Bai three tea teaching points, Dong Li from time to time to teach, so that the traditional three tea also into the learning life of young students.

Dong Li's childhood memories can not be forgotten is the scene of sitting around with her grandparents and drinking three teas, growing up smelling tea from a young age, she knows the norms and proportions of the ingredients used to make Bai three teas. She said that this is the core, we must carry out inheritance and innovation on the basis of norms, and this cannot be lost. At the same time, development needs innovation, whether it is the way of drinking tea or the form of expression needs to be innovated, the same is true of the training center, not only the place to teach, but also to meet the life and social needs of modern people. This is the question that Dong Li thinks about the most, and it is also the direction that her team continues to try.

Yan Dian, from Qujing, met Dong Li before graduating from college and systematically learned the knowledge of three teas from her, and after graduation, he joined the team and immersed himself in the training center to take three teas as his career. "It is a pity that outsiders have not experienced three teas in Dali, and the tea contains the great wisdom of the Bai people."
He said that the more he studied systematically with Mr. Dong, the more he found that many of the existing three tea materials were lacking. "After visiting many people, I felt the weakness of my personal strength and needed the help of the outside world to jointly promote the traditional three-course tea culture." I think it is very interesting, to regain the traditional culture, like the building blocks collapsed and re-built, at this stage it is really hard, but the meaning of the later stage is endless. At present, they are doing some innovative work in the institute. The first is the improvement of the experience form, no longer with a single Bai element to perform tea, respect tea, but into the tea culture, the combination of yoga, guzheng and other lifestyles that young people like at the same time, so that the experience form of three tea has been renewed; secondly, the bai three tea artisan training activities have been carried out, the three teas are promoted to the society in a vocational teaching way, and more young people are absorbed to learn; again, the innovative tea drinking form is innovated, and the three tea souvenirs are introduced, so that everyone can "take away".

"This step is too difficult," Dong Li said. "There are too many contradictions in the ingredients to trace back to the source, but they have to be mass-produced to get out." It is said that the three tea souvenirs developed by the team experienced another failure last month, and the high-temperature milk fan above 50 degrees began to change its taste, how to retain the freshness and safety of the ingredients and reach the national standard is a key problem that the team urgently needs to solve. But they still insist that they can take away and go far, which is not only the true meaning of life, but also the innovative road of the development of three teas.

Regarding the development plan of the institute, Dong Li said that she had a bold idea: to turn three teas into a daily necessity through the institute. "When I was doing activities before, I found that the promotion of three teas was difficult in the local area, and it was easy to be in the provinces, which surprised me, and I thought that the three teas should go out and stay." I want the old people in the village to be able to drink tea for free every day, cultivate such living habits, and slowly integrate into people's lives from one village to multiple villages to one region. Next year at the latest, I want to get started. ”
Non-genetic inheritance must be seen in life, and cannot be separated from the people. Three teas have always been used as a symbol of hospitality etiquette, and it is indeed a long way to go to turn hospitality into a gift of life.
Asked what is most lacking at present, Dong Li replied with a smile: funds and people. "Fortunately, I am running tea sales, and I can subsidize the innovation and research and development of three teas." But Dong Li intends to continue to insist, which is not only her original intention, but also worthy of the name given to her inheritors. She firmly believes that she is not alone in the "battle", with the strong support of the government, under the love of the masses, this road will definitely go through.

Young, energetic, has its own business can feed back into the inheritance project, there is a team collision of new thinking can find a way with the inheritance project, the ability to improve the current situation of the institute to think about the future, this is Dong Li's personality and advantages, coupled with her valuable persistence and perseverance, is lucky and hope.
First inherit, then develop, and finally innovate. Just like this "one bitter, two sweet, three aftertaste" of the three teas, the more bitter you eat, the sweeter the aftertaste will be. Inheritance is constantly sublimated in this small three cups of tea, which is the art of drinking tea, the art of doing things, and the art of being a person.
