South Korea's JYP Entertainment announced this afternoon that Zhao Quan has decided not to renew his contract with the company after the contract expires, and all 2AM members have left JYP.
JYP Company said on its official website this afternoon that when Zhao Quan's contract with the company was nearing the end, the company and Zhao Quan negotiated whether to renew the contract, and finally the two sides reached an agreement on not renewing the contract.
JYP said that the company is very grateful to the artists and fans who have always believed in the company and walked side by side with the company to today, and in the future, JYP and Zhao Quan will cheer for each other's future as before.
Zhao Quan debuted as a member of 2AM in 2008 after becoming a trainee at JYP in 2001, and the other three members of 2AM, Ren Seyong, Zheng Zhenyun and Li Changmin, had previously switched to other brokerage companies.
