To commemorate the release of "ONE PIECE" volume 100, a short TV series "WE ARE ONE." will be filmed around the work, directed by Masaka Kawakawa and sung by RADWIMPS, which will be broadcast on August 30.
The TV series is not a live-action version of the manga, but tells the story of 4 "ONE PIECE" readers. The four protagonists are starring Kengo Takara, Iyotomi Wanrie, Fukushi Cangji, and Apricot Blossom.
The first episode is "WATARU the Entrepreneur", with Kengo Takara playing the protagonist WATARU, and the anime part of the series is produced by Toei Animation.
