With the theme of "Wisdom to Urban Rail, Wisdom to Go Far", the 2021 Beijing International Urban Rail Transit Exhibition and Summit Forum opened in Beijing on October 9, with more than 300 exhibitors and nearly 20,000 rail industry people gathering in The Golden Autumn to share the achievements of the "13th Five-Year Plan" urban rail development and draw a blueprint for the intelligent development of urban rail transit in the "14th Five-Year Plan".

The 2021 Beijing Rail Exhibition is hosted by the China Urban Rail Transit Association and includes three major sections, including exhibitions, forums and activities, fully demonstrating the emerging technologies and application innovation achievements of China's urban rail transportation industry.

At the main forum of the 2021 Beijing Rail Exhibition Summit Forum, academicians such as Yang Xiumin, Cui Junzhi, Liang Wenhao, Ren Nanqi, Wang Fuming and other academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, leaders of relevant ministries and commissions such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration, as well as the leaders of the State Railway Group Co., Ltd. and the National Science and Technology Awards Work Office, explored the future evolution direction of China's urban rail wisdom development with the theme of "Smart Empowerment Rail Landing and Practicing Zhiyuan". In the keynote speech session, there were not only research on trends such as digital transformation and quality innovation of urban rail transit, but also innovative practices such as small and medium-sized rail transit, new generation intelligent trains, Xiong'an New District Urban Express Rail, and Nanjing Metropolitan Area Smart Urban Expressway.

It is reported that the exhibition also held ten sub-forums during the same period, held a series of special forums, and specially added urban rail chief engineer salon, urban rail communication salon, low-carbon exhibition salon and so on. At the same time, the 2021 Beijing Rail Exhibition Summit Forum also received nearly 6,000 online registrations.

In the theme exhibition area, this exhibition specially set up a new rail transit industrial park (Zhongguancun, Yangtze River Delta, Wuhu), prefabricated, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the first China urban rail transit equipment independent innovation achievements exhibition and other theme exhibition areas, more completely presented the industry independent innovation, intelligent development in the regional collaboration, innovative technology, products and solutions, highlighting the Beijing Rail Exhibition to build a one-stop exchange and cooperation platform for the industry, to help the upstream and downstream industries to develop the mission and responsibility.

In addition, this exhibition will also hold a series of supporting activities such as advanced technology and product promotion, product signing ceremony and publicity meeting of the Association Science and Technology Progress Award, science popularization activities, and "car fans have appointments", which further enrich the content of the exhibition and effectively promote the organic combination of production, education and research.
