· 200 g lean meat
· 90 g parsley
· 30 g shredded red pepper
· A little ginger slices, minced garlic and green onion each
· 3 g salt
· 3 g chicken powder
· 5 ml light soy sauce
· 4 ml cooking wine
· 2 g corn starch
· Edible oil to taste
1 Cut the washed parsley into segments and set aside.

2 Washed lean meat cut into slices and then into strips.
3 Place the shredded meat in a bowl and add salt, chicken powder and cooking wine.
4 Add corn starch, mix well, add cooking oil, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.
5 Heat the oil in a hot pan, pour in the shredded meat and sauté until colored.

7 Pour in the shredded red peppers and stir-fry quickly.
8 Add salt, chicken powder, soy sauce and stir-fry to taste.
9 Pour in the prepared parsley and stir-fry well.
10 Turn off the heat and put the sautéed shredded meat on the plate.
