License Server 11.9安装过程中假死

在windows server 2003上，当需要独立安装License Server组件的时候，我们发现，在安装了.Net Framework 3.5 sp1以后，直接安装License Server 11.9组件，会假死，一直无法完成安装，如下图：

提示：Please wait while the setup wizard install citrix licensing.

解决方法：

安装微软安全更新KB956572
