China Academy of Information and Communications Technology: Domestic mobile phone shipments in November were 35.3 million units

On December 13, the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology released the "November 2021 Domestic Mobile Phone Market Operation Analysis Report", which shows that domestic mobile phone shipments in November were 35.3 million units, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year.

In November 2021, the domestic market mobile phone shipments of 35.252 million units, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year, of which 5G mobile phones 28.967 million units, an increase of 43.9% year-on-year, accounting for 82.2% of mobile phone shipments in the same period.

From January to November 2021, the overall shipment of mobile phones in the domestic market totaled 317 million units, an increase of 12.8% year-on-year, of which 5G mobile phone shipments were 239 million units, an increase of 65.3% year-on-year, accounting for 75.3% of mobile phone shipments in the same period.

In November 2021, 47 new models of domestic mobile phones were listed, an increase of 34.3% year-on-year, of which 15 were 5G mobile phones, down 16.7% year-on-year, accounting for 31.9% of the number of new models listed in mobile phones in the same period.

From January to November 2021, a total of 427 new models were listed, an increase of 3.1% year-on-year, of which 203 were 5G mobile phones, an increase of 2.0% year-on-year, accounting for 47.5% of the number of new models listed in the same period.
