From 2017 to 2021, China's heavy-duty truck production capacity accounts for 50% of the world, China's heavy-duty truck market space is vast; from the pollution point of view, heavy-duty trucks are large polluters, the development of hydrogen energy heavy trucks can achieve zero pollution, while heavy trucks usually run in closed scenarios (such as ports, mines, steel mills, etc.), hydrogenation is also more convenient, plus hydrogen energy heavy truck hydrogenation time is short, long endurance, the overall advantage is very obvious.

National policies also tend to promote the development of hydrogen energy heavy trucks, and 2021 is the year when hydrogen energy heavy trucks begin to be intensively implemented for demonstration operation. In this year, hydrogen pu chuangneng, Guohong hydrogen energy, hydrogen times, Qingneng shares, Haizhuo Technology, Yihuatong, new hydrogen power, weishi energy, Weichai power and other fuel cell enterprises took the lead in supporting hydrogen energy heavy trucks to carry out demonstration operations. The following are typical events (not all):

1. Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng

On December 30, the 2021 Beijing Fuel Cell Vehicle Demonstration Application Forum and the Launching Ceremony of 30 Fuel Cell Heavy Trucks were successfully held in Beijing Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone, and Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng delivered 30 hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks at this event. The 30 hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks delivered this time are all 49 tons of traction heavy trucks, the maximum cargo is 31 tons, the full load of hydrogen consumption is 10.8 kg / 100 km, equipped with 125 kW fuel cell engines, and the rated power of the stack reaches 150 kW. These hydrogen energy heavy trucks have basically achieved a high degree of autonomy from the whole vehicle, fuel cells to core components.

On June 1, in Tangshan, Hebei Province, the first batch of 15 Tangshan brand hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks were put into actual operation, and the batch of heavy trucks carried about 3,000 tons of cargo per day in the initial stage. This batch of heavy trucks is the first batch of hydrogen energy heavy trucks operated in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the model is designed and manufactured by Kaiwo Heavy Industry, equipped with a 110kW fuel cell system, and the fuel cell stack is provided by Hydrogen Pu Chuangneng.

2. Guohong hydrogen energy

On December 20, Guangdong Shaogang Industrial Park held the "Hydrogen Refueling Station Put into Operation and the First Departure Ceremony of Shaogang Hydrogen Energy Heavy Truck". The delivery uses a 49T hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck manufactured by Feichi Technology, loaded with Guohong hydrogen energy system products, and equipped with a vehicle control system.

In July, Guohong Hydrogen Energy scored "three goals" in succession, and its supporting hydrogen energy heavy trucks were successively put into operation in Hesteel Group, Jiaxing Port Area and Beijing. These hydrogen heavy-duty truck vehicles are provided by Feichi Automobile, and the fuel cell engine is equipped with Guohong Hydrogen Energy Hongtu G110 system products, and the system is rated at 110kW.

Up to now, the hydrogen energy heavy trucks equipped with Guohong hydrogen fuel cell products have successively achieved demonstration operations in Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong, Shanxi and other places, and the application scenarios cover steel plants, ports, mines, etc., adding a bright color to the application of hydrogen energy heavy trucks in China in 2021.

3. The hydrogen age

On December 27, Hydrogen Times signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Development and Reform Bureau of Yantian District of Shenzhen, in which the two sides will jointly build a hydrogen energy demonstration application highland, a hydrogen energy industry highland in Yantian District, and a hydrogen technology research and development highland to help "industrial rejuvenation of salt". According to the content of the agreement, the two sides will build a hydrogen energy high-tech industrial park and a hydrogen energy innovation platform, carry out the application demonstration and construction of no less than 600 hydrogen fuel cell semi-trailer tractors and hydrogen refueling stations, hold an international hydrogen energy forum, form a comprehensive cooperative relationship, and build a full-chain innovation and development system for the hydrogen energy industry.

In fact, since the beginning of this year, the heavy truck equipped with the 110kW hydrogen fuel cell system in the hydrogen era has performed well in the working conditions of the port operation, and the company has done a lot of optimization in terms of hydrogen consumption. Based on the experience of field operation and testing in the port, Hydrogen Times has carried out technical iterative upgrading on the existing QSD-110 hydrogen fuel cell system graphite double stack technology design platform, and after more than 9 months, successfully rolled off the line of QSD-150 hydrogen fuel cell system products with a rated power of 150kW.

4. Qingneng shares

On December 8, Qingneng Co., Ltd. and Foshan Slag Transportation Industry Association jointly released the project of 1,000 hydrogen fuel cell muck trucks, planning to promote 1,000 hydrogen fuel cell muck trucks in Foshan within 5 years. The first batch of 8 31-ton fuel cell slag trucks of the thousand hydrogen fuel cell slag truck project has been announced to be off the production line a few days ago, and the relevant debugging and operation procedures are being handled. The fuel cell core components and systems of the follow-up vehicles will all be produced locally in Foshan, and the development and integration of the vehicle will be carried out by Haiyisen Automotive Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.

In November, Zhangjiagang Haili Terminal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the world's top 500 Shagang Steel Group, Haiyisen Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Technology and Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly signed a trial operation cooperation agreement for hydrogen fuel cell 49 tons of heavy trucks, and in the future, the three parties will jointly promote the demonstration operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation on hydrogen production equipment, hydrogen storage, hydrogenation, hydrogen supply and fuel cell heavy trucks in the field of steel transportation.

According to the agreement, Haiyisen Automobile will supply Shagang Group with 49T hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, the first batch of prototypes is expected to be delivered in the next few months, and will be in Shagang Group's operation base in Zhangjiagang Haili Terminal for a 60-day trial operation, providing Shagang with logistics and transportation services from the factory to the port.

5. Haizhuo Technology

In September, Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province, held the "Hydrogen Energy Utilization and Haiyan Group Hydrogen Energy Heavy Truck Demonstration Application Ceremony", and two hydrogen energy heavy truck dump trucks supported by Haizhuo Technology and produced by Kaiwo Group will be used for the supply and transportation of Shaanxi Haiyan Group's internal short guide and Longgang coke. The two hydrogen heavy-duty truck dump trucks are equipped with the 110kW hydrogen fuel cell engine system of Haizhuo Technology.

On June 26th, the first intercity hydrogen trunk line launch ceremony of Shandong Province (Qingdao-Linyi) was held simultaneously in Qingdao International Academician Port Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park and Linyi Road Yungang Intelligent Logistics Equipment Industrial Park. As the first intercity hydrogen trunk line in Shandong, the event will start operating 170 hydrogen cold chain logistics vehicles and muck trucks at one time, and the fuel cell systems of these vehicles will be provided by Haizhuo Technology.

6. Yihuatong

Led by Tsinghua University, after three years of efforts, the world's first 35-ton, 49-ton distributed drive liquid hydrogen fuel cell heavy commercial vehicle was successfully launched, and successfully passed the first comprehensive test of China's liquid hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The comprehensive test completed the insulation, filling and evaporation rate test of the on-board liquid hydrogen fuel cell system and the evaluation of the power performance of the whole vehicle, verified the feasibility of the liquid hydrogen fuel cell heavy commercial vehicle scheme, and provided an important technical guarantee for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei fuel cell vehicle urban agglomeration to take the lead in carrying out the demonstration of liquid hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles.

The liquid hydrogen heavy truck is produced by Beiqi Foton, equipped with Yihuatong high-power fuel cell engine, using domestic independent research and development stack. The overall performance of the vehicle has reached the international leading level.

7. New hydrogen power

New Hydrogen Power has a full range of hydrogen fuel cell engine R & D and production capacity, the system power covers 5-125kW, can be adapted to 1.5-25 tons forklift trucks, 32 tons of tractors, 4.5-49 tons of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, 18 tons of various types of sanitation vehicles. The company's products have been put on the market in batches, and on the basis of the "first hand chess" of the forklift truck, breakthrough results have been achieved in many fields such as heavy trucks and sanitation vehicles.

In terms of heavy trucks, on August 20, the first hydrogen energy transportation demonstration application scenario in Tianjin was launched, and the five hydrogen energy heavy trucks purchased by Rongcheng Group were officially put into operation. The vehicles are equipped with a new hydrogen-powered 110kW fuel cell engine system, and Hydrogen Puchuang energy provides fuel cell stacks with a power rating of 150kW. In addition, the new hydrogen power supporting 25 sets of 49 tons of hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks in Hebei Iron and Steel to achieve smooth operation.

8, unstable energy

On the morning of August 14, the "100 Hydrogen Energy Heavy Truck Demonstration Line Commissioning Ceremony" was held in Baoding, and 100 hydrogen energy heavy trucks equipped with the untax energy fuel cell system were officially put into operation in Xiong'an. This batch of hydrogen energy heavy trucks was jointly launched by Weishi Energy and three enterprises: Dayun, Dongfeng and Foton Motor. As the first batch of 100-vehicle hydrogen energy heavy truck demonstration projects in China, these models are mainly used for the transportation of sand and gravel aggregates in the building materials channel of Xiong'an New Area.

"Easy line" is the comprehensive construction of Xiong'an New Area traffic pilot project, road planning length of 50 kilometers, design speed of 80 km / h, the overall project will become the main building materials transportation channel in Xiong'an New Area after the opening of traffic, to expand the Xiong'an road network construction, improve material transportation capacity, promote the construction and development of Xiong'an New Area is of great significance. Weishi Energy put into operation 100 hydrogen energy heavy trucks on the "easy line", indicating that Xiong'an New Area began to build a "hydrogen energy industry R&D and innovation highland" with practical actions, which also means that the Weishi Energy brand has been highly recognized in Xiong'an New Area.

9. Weichai Power

In May, Taigang Group put into operation 10 hydrogen energy heavy trucks provided by Shandong Heavy Industry, Feichi Automobile and Nanjing Jinlong, and Weichai Power, Guohong Hydrogen Energy and Hydrogen Technology all participated in the supporting facilities. Among them, the hydrogen energy heavy truck provided by Shandong Heavy Industry is equipped with a 162kW hydrogen fuel cell engine produced by Weichai Power. In addition, on October 27, China National Heavy Duty Truck Yellow River Snow Wax Truck equipped with Weichai's 162kW hydrogen fuel cell system was delivered to the Winter Olympics, achieving "China's first, world-leading and completely domestically produced".
