Hello everyone! The Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger is approaching, and I would like to extend festive greetings and New Year wishes to everyone! Recently, the flow of people, logistics and traffic has increased, bad weather such as low temperature freezing fog has increased, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complex, the factors causing disasters have increased, and the safety risks have increased. The Office of the Fuyang Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters and the Office of the Fuyang Municipal Safety Committee especially remind the people of the city to comprehensively improve safety awareness, eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers in a timely manner, make every effort to prevent safety accidents, and spend a peaceful, warm and safe Spring Festival together.
(1) Pay attention to epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job of personal protection. To reduce risk, advocate that you celebrate the New Year in place and minimize mobile gatherings. Consciously take the initiative to do a good job of personal protection, adhere to the good living habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, and using public chopsticks. Comply with epidemic prevention measures in public places and maintain social distancing of more than one meter. Be proactive in vaccination and do a good job of personal health monitoring and protection. Carry forward the trend of economy, and advocate "postponing happy events, simplifying funerals, and not handling banquets."
(2) Refuse to drink and drive, and travel in accordance with rules and discipline. Drinking alcohol is very drunk, driving is very dangerous, please consciously abide by the traffic rules, strictly prohibit fatigue driving, and put an end to drunk driving and unlicensed driving. Low temperature freezing fog weather is frequent, please keep abreast of the weather, road conditions information, check and maintain vehicles in advance, reasonably plan travel time routes, stagger travel peaks and easily blocked road sections; try to choose public transportation, walking and other green traffic travel; take legal and regular passenger vehicles, do not take illegal operation, unlicensed, overcrowded, modified vehicles and illegally carrying people of low-speed cars, electric tricycles, tractors and other vehicles; advise relatives and friends, safety is the closest way home.
(3) Strictly prevent gas poisoning and safely use fire and electricity。 The use of stoves should ensure that the coal and firewood are completely burned out. Do not smoke in the bedroom, make a fire for heating, do not move the coal stove into the bedroom at night, open the doors and windows for ventilation in time, increase indoor air supply, and prevent indoor hypoxia from causing personnel suffocation or carbon monoxide poisoning. The use of gas stoves, water heaters should be installed and overhauled by professionals, and after use, it is necessary to repeatedly verify the electrical switch and gas valve closure. Safe use of fire, electricity and gas, to achieve "three clearances and three passes", timely clean up the flammable combustible materials in the corridor, balcony, kitchen, reduce the fire load; remember to turn off the fire source, turn off the power supply, and turn off the gas source when going out. Do not bake clothes on the electric heater, so that people are disconnected from electricity. Electric blankets should not be energized for a long time and should not be folded for use. E-bikes cannot be parked or charged indoors, in corridors, in stairwells at safety exits. Do not install a fully enclosed anti-theft window net to close the balcony and window, install the anti-theft window net to open an emergency escape port that opens outward, and configure an escape fire ladder. Strictly control the source of fire, civilized sacrifices sweep graves, and do not burn weeds in the fields.
(4) Strictly prohibit burning and discharge, and pay attention to public safety. It is strictly forbidden to illegally produce, sell, transport and store fireworks and firecrackers, and not to set off fireworks and firecrackers, large plates of incense and Kong Ming lanterns in the no-fire area; to set off fireworks and firecrackers in areas that can be discharged, it is necessary to comply with the regulations on the discharge of fireworks, stay away from inflammable and explosive materials, and to set off fireworks and firecrackers, large plates of incense or Kong Ming lanterns in the village group firewood stacks and inflammable and explosive places. Please improve your awareness of fire safety, do not block evacuation passages, safety exits, do not occupy, damage and obscure fire fighting facilities, and do not occupy fire lanes. When entering crowded public places, pay attention to the safety exits and evacuation channels, and keep in mind the direction of evacuation.
(5) Pay attention to weather changes and prevent natural disasters. During the Spring Festival, bad weather is changeable, please pay attention to the weather forecast in time, add clothes in time, pay attention to cold and antifreeze, pay attention to the safety of houses, water pipes, etc., do a good job in the antifreeze protection of outdoor open-air facilities, pay attention to antifreeze and anti-skid, pay attention to driving safety, slow down the pace when walking on the frozen road, and prevent falling. In low temperature and freezing weather, please educate your children not to go ice skating in the river to play, pay attention to learning and mastering safety risk prevention knowledge, and improve self-help ability.
