Readers who have read the list of gods know that there are countless gods and immortals in the book, and there are also several well-known goddess gods, such as the nuwa niangniang who refines stones to make up for the heavens. According to legend, there are five goddesses of the flood between heaven and earth, each of which is a well-known ancient god, and the cultivation is unfathomable. The five goddesses of the flood and famine are Nuwa Niangniang, the Queen Mother Niangniang, the Nine Heavenly Xuannu, the Houtu Niangniang and the Taiyuan Virgin, and three of them appear in the list of gods.
In the first time of the list of gods, the book mentioned a well-known mythological story, that is, the legend of the nun niangniang refining stones to make up for the heavens. When the Pillar of Heaven broke, Lady Nuwa refined stones on the Kunlun Mountain to replenish the heavens, saving all things in heaven and earth, and was called Mother Earth by posterity. Judging from the contents of the book, Nuwa Niangniang is an ancient god who enjoys the admiration of the Three Realms of Heaven and Earth.
On the way of the Wu King's cutting, The Lady Lady appeared many times, and she also helped Yuan Shi Tianzun. On the day of Nüwa Niangniang's birthday, the King of Shang wrote poems to blaspheme her, so that Nüwa Niangniang was disgraced in the Three Realms. In order to punish the King of Shangyi, Lady Niangniang used the Demon Banner to summon the Demon Clan of the World, and let the three demons of Xuanyuan Tomb enter the palace to seduce the King of Shangyi. Erlang Shen could not defeat Yuan Hong, who was proficient in the seventy-two changes, and later the Nuwa Niangniang appeared and gave Erlang Shen a congenital treasure, and immediately accepted Yuan Hong.
In addition to the Nuwa Niangniang, in the first time of the list of gods, a well-known goddess of the flood was mentioned, she was the Nine Heavenly Divine Daughters. Judging from the contents of the book, we can know that the King of Shangyi is a descendant of the Nine Heavenly Divine Daughters, possessing the Ziwei True Qi Protective Body, and the Erlang God who is sanctified in the flesh does not dare to go near the King of Shangsu.
There are different views on the origin of the Nine Heavenly Virgins in different mythological books. Judging from the contents of the book, we will know that the Nine Heavenly Genie came from Kunlun Mountain, and it is said that when Hongmeng was not judged, the universe was a lump of Yuanqi, and later Pangu opened up Hongmeng, which not only gave birth to heaven and earth, but also gave birth to the Nine Heavenly Genie. However, after carefully reading this book, we will find that the Nine Heavenly Divine Daughters never appeared on the way of the Wu King's cutting, but her prestige made the Nuwa Niangniang afraid, so the Nuwa Niangniang did not dare to directly take the life of the Shangyi King.
One of the immortals in the book is the Sanxian of Kunlun Mountain, who once defeated Zhao Gongming at the level of the Heavenly Sage, and this immortal is the Lu Pressure Daoist. Judging from the contents of the book, we will find that the status of the Land Pressure Daoist is extremely high, and when he was in kunlun mountains, he did not worship Taishang Laojun, and often went to the Yaochi of the Queen Mother's Mother to eat peaches. The Queen Mother Niangniang is a very high-status immortal in the book, she will hold a peach party once a year, inviting the gods and immortals between heaven and earth to come and taste the peach, but the famous people on the list of gods, they do not have the opportunity to participate in the Queen Mother Niangniang's peach party.
According to legend, the peach of the Queen Mother's mother is one of the ten spiritual roots, and after eating the peach that has been ripe for three thousand years, it can live with heaven and earth. Many readers are thinking about the true identity of the Queen Mother, and some readers say that she is the wife of Emperor Haotian, but judging from the content of the book, this statement is not accurate. Combined with some mythological books, we will find that the Queen Mother Niangniang is the wife of the Emperor of Donghua, in charge of all things in heaven and earth, and her status is above that of Emperor Haotian.
There is a mythical story mentioned in the Book of Narratives, according to legend, Pangu had a daughter named Lady Yaochi, who later married the Emperor of Donghua. After Pangu returned to chaos, the Lady of Yaochi and the Emperor of Donghua together took charge of all things in heaven and earth, becoming the earliest lord of the three realms between heaven and earth. The Emperor of Donghua was born in the Blue Sea Cangling, was the Yuan God of the Innate Spirit Root, and was known as the Fusang Emperor. For unknown reasons, Emperor Donghua went to Penglai Immortal Island to cultivate, and the Lady of Yaochi returned to Yaochi and gave birth to a child named Haotian The Great.
After Emperor Donghua went to PenglaiXian Island, Emperor Haotian became the lord of the Three Realms, and the Virgin of Yaochi was also called the Queen Mother Niangniang by posterity. The Haotian Emperor in the list of gods, he is the legendary Jade Emperor, so the wife of the Jade Emperor is not the Queen Mother's Mother, but someone else. Combined with some mythological books, we will find that the wife of the Jade Emperor is the well-known Houtu Niangniang.
We all know that the Jade Emperor is in charge of all things in heaven and earth, and the Three Qing and Four Emperors are his subordinates. There is a god in the Four Emperors called Hou Tu Niangniang, who rules over all things in the world. According to legend, after the appearance of heaven and earth, the beings in the heavens were under the control of the Jade Emperor, and the beings on the earth were under the control of the Hou Tu Niangniang. In the legendary Underworld, the earliest master is the Houtu Niangniang, that is to say, the Lord of the Underworld is the Houtu Niangniang, so in the Underworld that appears in "Journey to the West", the Jade Emperor cannot manage it.
Speaking of our lady of Taiyuan, I believe that many readers are relatively unfamiliar, but when it comes to Pangu, a god, it is estimated that many readers will know the mythical story of Pangu. We all know that Pangu is the god who created all things in heaven and earth, the first living being that appeared between heaven and earth, and is known as the ancestor of all gods. After the appearance of the heavens and the earth, Pangu met the Virgin of Taiyuan, they married, gave birth to the Virgin of Yaochi, and the descendants called the Virgin of Taiyuan the Mother of All Gods, a mythical story also mentioned in the Book of Differences.
