Founded in July 2016 and headquartered in Wuhan, Jiangcheng, Changjiang Storage Technology Co., Ltd. is an IDM integrated circuit enterprise focusing on the integration of 3D NAND flash memory design and manufacturing.
It is understood that the chip is based on Xtacking 2.0 technology TLC 3D NAND, with 128G, 256G, 512G three capacities, in line with the latest JEDEC UFS 3.1 standards.
Theoretical random write 230K IOPS (SLC mode, board test), sequential read 2000MB/s, sequential write three capacities of 950, 1200 and 1250MB/s respectively.
