It was also confirmed that from January 1, 2022 to the occurrence of the case, the actual sales price of the above products was changed to 40.9 yuan, and the list price was still 29.9 yuan.
The Shanghai Pudong New Area Municipal Supervision Bureau held that its sale of food that exceeded its shelf life and the sale of goods at a higher price other than the list price constituted an illegality, and fined him a total of 67,000 yuan in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 124 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 42 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China.
