In terms of the distribution of RV manufacturers in various provinces and cities that have declared new models, Hubei and Shandong tied for the first place with 24, followed by Jiangsu Province with 17 and Henan Province with 11 ranked second and third in turn. In the first half of 2024, a total of 84 companies have declared camper announcements for 159 new models (a year-on-year increase of 133.82%; Among them, there are 134 small camping models, accounting for 84.28%), which is only 46 models short of the total number of 205 camping vehicles declared in 2023, which can be described as the undisputed "dark horse player" in the RV market in 2024.
In terms of the performance of monthly declaration data, the overall growth trend in the first quarter is quite amazing, but because the concept of camping vehicle announcement for RV model declaration has only gradually emerged from the second quarter of 2023, the growth rate in the first quarter does not have too high reference value. Compared with the same period in 2023, the monthly declaration data in the second quarter has nearly doubled, and the growth trend is gratifying, and it is expected that the total number of declarations for the whole year will have a high probability of exceeding the 300 mark.
In terms of the geographical distribution of the announcement manufacturers, the situation of camping vehicles and motorhomes is relatively close, and they are also concentrated in East China and North China, and the reasons behind it are mainly related to the fact that some RV manufacturers have declared both motorhome announcements and camping vehicle announcements.
