The project is located in the south of Guangren East Road, Qinhan New Town, Xixian New District, west of Jingwei Avenue, and south of Xixian Branch of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital (Xixian New Area People's Hospital), with a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan, a planned land area of about 34,000 square meters, and a total construction area of 93,000 square meters.
Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital Xixian Campus is the largest public tertiary hospital in Xixian New Area, and the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base (Shaanxi) project is planned and constructed based on the advantages of the hospital's medical industry foundation and medical education resources. The project plans to build a new building of the National (Shaanxi) Emergency Medical Rescue Center, with a roof apron, outdoor training venues, civil air defense emergency shelters, emergency hospitals and other supporting facilities.
The project will promote the construction of emergency medical rescue infrastructure, informatization, equipment and team as a whole, and share facilities such as ward diagnosis and treatment area, emergency treatment area, infection building, and nuclear medicine diagnosis area with Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital Xixian Campus.
In addition, the project will also build a flagship hospital for the synergy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, promote the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine medical resources, complement each other's technological advantages, and promote the reform and innovation of diagnosis and treatment models and the innovation and development of the medical field.
After the completion of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base (Shaanxi) project, it will greatly improve the regional emergency response, emergency medical rescue and comprehensive rescue capabilities, meet the needs of the region to deal with major emergencies, and become an important part of the construction of the national emergency medical rescue system.
