During the inspection, it was found that the hidden danger point of the collapse of the S249 (Shitizi Village) section of the provincial highway in Xunzhen Town was relatively large, and the town of Xunzhen reported the danger in a timely manner according to the procedures. According to the situation, the Xinzhou Major Geological Disaster Emergency Headquarters mobilized corresponding rescue forces to quickly rush to the scene. After receiving the danger report, Hequ County immediately activated the emergency plan for sudden geological disasters, set up an emergency avoidance headquarters, and organized experts and rescue teams to go to the scene to carry out rescue, and a joint rescue race against time was launched.
