At the same time, the local cadres and masses formed a joint force, often inspected, and simply monitored; Observe the rain and water conditions, and pay attention to the mountains and valleys; If an abnormality is found, report it quickly; Pay attention to early warning information and resolutely avoid risks. Hubei Wuxue "6.23" Penghe Village four groups of landslide avoidance:
"Four-in-one" joint prevention and control

At 9 o'clock on June 23, the "four-in-one" special manager of Penghe Village, Yuchuan Town, Wuxue City, found that the retaining wall in front of the four groups of residential houses in the village was deformed due to the construction of the expansion house, and there were signs of soil decline on the slope, and then immediately organized the transfer of 2 households and 4 people within the threatened range. At about 13 o'clock on the 23rd, due to the influence of heavy rainfall, the bearing capacity of the retaining wall was insufficient and collapsed, driving the slope to slide, and the amount of landslide was about 300 cubic meters. Due to the implementation of the "four-in-one" prevention and control mechanism, the local people have been transferred in advance, and the risk has been successfully avoided and the economic loss of 1.5 million yuan has been avoided. After the disaster, the Yuchuan town government closed the dangerous area, set up a cordon around the affected area, set up warning signs, and arranged special personnel to be on duty to strengthen monitoring. At 20 o'clock on June 19, the Huangshan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning issued a yellow warning of geological disasters and meteorological risks in Xiuning County, and at the same time used the innovative real-time directional early warning system to discover the local heavy rainfall areas in a timely manner, issued early warning information to the front-line monitors, and promptly called the heads of districts, counties and relevant townships. At 5:10 on the 20th, the Huangshan Bureau issued a red alert to Yucun Township, Xiuning County. After the red alert was issued, the Yucun Township Government immediately organized the mass transfer of the geological hazard points in the jurisdiction. At 13:53, the collapse occurred, damaging the house and causing no casualties. After investigation, the slope is in a vacant state due to the construction of houses and no protection, coupled with the recent continuous heavy rainfall, a large amount of surface water seeped in, which reduced the shear strength of the soil and caused the collapse.

At 18:10, the mountain began to slide and gradually expanded, and at 19:16, the total volume of the slide was about 8,500 cubic meters, causing road blockage and damage to three houses. Due to the timely warning, the inspection in place, the accurate response and the decisive transfer, 30 people from 7 households successfully avoided danger.

At about 19:30 on June 15, Qujiangtun, Genmeitun and Tangdongtun (Santun is located at the mouth of the same gully) in Dudong Village, Jingde Town, Debao County, Baise City, Guangxi Province were affected by continuous heavy rainfall and sudden debris flow disasters, due to timely warning, the local emergency transfer of 15 households and 41 people avoided 18 casualties in 9 households.
Since June, heavy rain has fallen in Debao County to extremely heavy rain. At about 19 o'clock on June 15, the Department of Natural Resources of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued a yellow warning for geological disasters and meteorological risks in Debao County. According to the early warning information, the personnel on duty immediately notified the Debao County Natural Resources Bureau to call the township governments and hidden danger point monitors to remind them to do a good job in the geological disaster prevention of hidden danger points and risk areas. At 19:10, the registered Qujiangtun and Genmeitun debris flow hazard points automatic monitoring equipment triggered an early warning, and the monitors inspected and found that there were many mountain collapses on the slopes on both sides of the mountain gully and the formation of debris flows, which were immediately reported. According to the research and judgment of technical personnel, there is a high possibility of mudslides at this hidden danger point, and it is immediately recommended that the local government organize the evacuation of the threatened people. At around 19:30, a mudslide occurred, and 9 houses were damaged, but there were no casualties.
Yunnan Suijiang "5.26" four tung tree landslide avoidance:
Continuous inspection and dynamic research and judgment
In the early morning of May 26, the hidden danger of the landslide of four tung trees in Suijiang County, Yunnan Province slided, and due to the timely warning, it was transferred in advance to avoid danger, and no casualties were caused.
Since May, there have been several rounds of heavy rainfall in northeast Yunnan. On May 9~19, the landslide monitoring equipment of the four tung trees triggered 10 red warnings in a row, and counties, towns and villages strengthened continuous inspections of landslides. On May 25, Suijiang County ushered in a new round of heavy rainfall, and at 23 o'clock, the landslide monitoring equipment of four tung trees triggered a red warning again; At 23:30, the county, township, general contractor and other relevant personnel studied and judged the early warning information, and promptly evacuated 53 people from 14 threatened households. At 2 a.m. on the 26th, the landslide slid as a whole.
The landslide is a registered geological hazard hidden danger point in Yunnan Province, which will have creep deformation in 2021 and be included in the construction of the automatic monitoring and early warning experimental project in 2022. After the landslide occurred, after on-site investigation and judgment, the landslide was still in the stage of slow creeping and deformation, and the danger had not been resolved, and the monitors and technicians still needed to continue to track and monitor the point for a long time.
