"Carry out the activity of 'Scholarly Barracks, Learning and Strengthening Ability', and lead officers and soldiers to take books as companions, friends and pleasures, so that officers and soldiers can comprehensively improve their ability and quality in the cultivation of excellent books." The leader of the detachment said that the detachment is based on reality and scientific planning, grasps the main body, makes full use of the carrier, and makes more efforts to carefully build a cultural education classroom.
"Fragmentation" and "shallow reading" are common problems for many people in modern times.
