1. Description of the nature of the recruitment position and employment method

The recruitment positions are: three types of service auxiliary police.

Duty auxiliary police refers to non-people's police personnel who are recruited from the public on the basis of the development of the public security situation and the actual needs of public security work, and provide auxiliary support for the daily operation of public security organs and policing activities. Auxiliary police on duty do not have the status of people's police or civil servants, are not included in the establishment management, and do not exercise the authority of the people's police.

The nature of this recruitment position is a supernumerary employment system, in the form of labor dispatch, and Kunming Xishan District Security Service Co., Ltd. signs a labor contract with the hired personnel in accordance with the law and establishes labor relations.

Second, the number of recruits

A total of 80 people will be recruited this time, and only men will be recruited.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the Constitution, abide by national laws and regulations, have good conduct, and obey organizational arrangements;

2. Recruitment age range: 18 years old (inclusive) or above, 35 years old (inclusive) or below (born from July 1, 1989 to July 31, 2006);

3. Education level: college degree or above, veterans are relaxed to high school and equivalent education level, and the recruitment position is not limited to majors;

4. Height: 168cm and above;

(2) Persons with any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination

3. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating the law or crime and have not yet been clarified;

5. Punished for drug use, soliciting prostitution, gambling, drunk driving, or drunk driving;

6. Those who have been administratively detained, judicially detained, or taken into custody and education;

7. Where a lawyer's or notary's practice certificate has been revoked;

8. Those who have been dismissed from public office, expelled from the military, or dismissed or dismissed for violations of discipline or regulations;

4. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Announcement and registration

5. (2) Examinations

The order of the examination is: written test, physical fitness test, and interview, and the specific time and place of each link should be paid attention to the official account of "Xishan Human Resources Operation", which will be notified on the official account.

1. Written test: 100 points in total, in a closed-book manner.

The content of the written test includes basic legal knowledge, basic computer application, current affairs and politics, etc.

After the written test, according to the ratio of 1:2 of the planned number of recruits, the personnel participating in the physical fitness test will be determined in order from high to low scores, and the bottom of the written test score will be tied at the same time. If the number of participants in the written test does not reach the ratio of 1:2 of the number of recruits, all participants in the written test can enter the physical fitness test.

(Those who are absent from the written test are not allowed to participate in the follow-up test assessment)

2. Physical fitness test: 100 points in total.

The men's physical fitness test consists of two subjects, vertical jump and 1000m run, each of which accounts for 50% of the total score of the physical fitness test. The physical fitness test adopts a score system, and the score conversion standard is implemented with reference to Annex 4 "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for Police Auxiliary Personnel of Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau (Trial)".

(Those who are absent from the physical fitness test are not allowed to participate in the follow-up assessment)

3. Interview: The total score is 100 points. The interview is conducted in a structured manner, and the content is comprehensive quality and general ability, and all candidates who take the physical fitness test can participate in the interview.

If you voluntarily give up your interview qualifications, please submit a waiver application signed by yourself before the interview start time.

(3) Calculation of comprehensive scores:

Comprehensive score = written test score + physical fitness test score + interview score.

(4) Preferential employment:

Priority is to be given to the spouses and children of martyrs, servicemen who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, people's police officers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, and staff of organs and public institutions who have died (died) in the line of duty; Spouses of in-service public security police, retired non-commissioned officers and soldiers, activists and advanced individuals (at or above the district level), full-time undergraduate graduates of political and legal and police academies.

(5) Physical examination and political examination

1. After the written test, physical fitness test and interview, according to the number of candidates to be hired in this recruitment announcement, combined with the candidates' comprehensive scores from high to low scores to determine the same amount of physical examination candidates, the candidates who enter the physical examination link will go to the public hospitals at or above the district and county level (inclusive) within the specified time (further notice) for physical examination, and the physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to Annex 5 "Physical Examination Standards for Police Auxiliary Personnel of Kunming Public Security Organs (Trial)", and once the physical examination conclusion is made, no re-examination will be conducted. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicant, and those who fail to provide the conclusion of the physical examination within the specified time will be deemed to have given up.

2. In case of failure in the physical examination or voluntary abandonment of the candidate, the candidate will be compensated in equal amounts according to the ranking of the comprehensive score from high to low, and the candidate will be notified to undergo the physical examination.

3. The political review is to be carried out with reference to the relevant requirements of the public security organs' people's police recruitment inspections and political reviews, and the bank credit records of the applicants are to be verified, and those with more serious negative personal credit records are not to be hired.

(6) Publicity

(7) Pre-job training

5. Recruitment

After the end of the publicity period, the hired personnel shall sign a labor contract with Kunming Xishan District Security Service Co., Ltd. in accordance with the law and establish labor relations, and be dispatched to work in the Xishan Branch of the Kunming Public Security Bureau in the form of labor dispatch. The probationary period is two months, and if the probationary period expires and the assessment is not qualified, the labor relationship will be terminated. Before going through the employment procedures, the applicant must terminate or terminate the labor relationship with the original employer and submit the relevant supporting materials for the dissolution or termination of the labor contract before applying for employment. (1) Wages and benefits

The probationary period of the newly recruited three types of service auxiliary police is 2 months, and the probation period enjoys the "five insurances", does not pay the housing provident fund, and the salary is calculated and paid at 80% of the pre-tax salary standard.

(4) Carry out birthday condolences to the auxiliary police officers who have worked for one year every year.

(5) Accommodation beds are provided free of charge, and each specific employment department has a canteen, and the canteen charges a certain amount of food fee.

(6) In addition to the above benefits, the duty auxiliary police are entitled to paid annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave (paternity leave) and other holidays prescribed by the state.

7. Precautions

(1) This recruitment does not entrust any institution to hold any form of training courses.
