Since the first Antarctic expedition was launched in 1984, the mainland has gone through a glorious course of 40 years. Jointly organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Xinhua News Agency and the National Museum, the "Ice Road Journey - The 40th Anniversary of China's Polar Expedition Achievement Exhibition" will be exhibited to the public at the National Museum.
The exhibition is divided into four parts: "Leadership Care", "Struggle", "Brilliant Achievements" and "Glory of Ice and Snow", aiming to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on polar work and the spirit of the important congratulatory letter to the completion and operation of the Qinling Station in Antarctica, and conscientiously summarize the valuable experience of the 40th anniversary of the polar expedition, and solemnly present it to the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
