On June 26, Xia Xiaofei and Zhu Wenjun, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, vice chairman of the Social Construction Committee, and deputy directors of the Social Construction Working Committee, led the research team to our city to carry out special research on the enforcement and inspection of the social insurance law. Zhang Yufeng, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Xuancheng Municipal People's Congress, Ma Liang, member of the Standing Committee of the Guangde Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Xinhang Town, and Chen Xingsong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Guangde Municipal People's Congress, accompanied him.
The research team successively came to Anhui Kelant Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Xinhang Town "Talent Flow Hole" employment platform, through listening to introductions, on-site inquiries, etc., on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the social insurance law, focusing on the investigation of social insurance coverage, payment standards, security levels, enterprise employee insurance, base declaration, treatment implementation, preferential enterprise policies and other content. The research team also learned in detail about the operation of the "Talent Flow Cave" platform, affirmed the application scale and talent training ability of the platform, and put forward guiding opinions.
At the symposium, the research team listened to the opinions and suggestions of some enterprises, employees, and village (community) representatives on the social insurance law, and fully affirmed the work done by the city in implementing the social insurance law. The research team pointed out that it is necessary to make full use of service windows and service platforms such as townships (towns) and villages (communities) to publicize the social insurance law in multiple forms, channels, levels and in an all-round way, so that the whole people can know the guarantee function of social insurance and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to participate in social insurance; It is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility and legal awareness, educate and guide enterprise managers, take the initiative to insure employees, guide enterprise employees to actively and consciously participate in social insurance, and enhance their awareness of self-protection; It is necessary to further strengthen the daily supervision and management of relevant departments and funds, pay close attention to the sustainability of social security funds, comprehensively strengthen the supervision of social insurance in accordance with legal requirements, and promote the high-quality development of social security.
