On June 25, the reporter learned from the Hongmeng Ecological Industry Cooperation Conference in Gui'an New Area that since 2022, Gui'an Development Group has taken the opportunity of the implementation of the two projects of "Supporting Project of Eastern Data and Western Computing Power Industry Cluster" and "Guiyang Gui'an Hyper-Connected New Computing Infrastructure" as an opportunity to actively seize the development opportunities of new infrastructure, and has built a new infrastructure development layout of "one network", "one park", "one base" and "one scene".
As the 8th national-level new area in the country and the core area of Guizhou Province's construction of the National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Zone, Gui'an New Area has been actively seizing opportunities to accelerate the development of new infrastructure. As the largest "investor, operator, and service provider" in the new area, Gui'an Development Group successfully won and implemented two projects in 2022, namely the "Supporting Project of Eastern Data and Western Computing Power Industry Cluster" and "Guiyang Gui'an Hyper-Connected New Computing Infrastructure", successfully connecting Gui'an's computing infrastructure, computing network, smart city, and intelligent computing industry. Among them, the total investment of the "Eastern Data and Western Computing" project is 13.85 billion yuan, and the total investment of the "Hyper-Internet New Computing Power" project is 3 billion yuan.
With the help of the implementation of the two projects, Gui'an Development Group has built a development layout of "four ones", namely "one network", "one park", "one base" and "one scene"——
"One network" refers to the 400G urban all-optical network to meet the needs of governments, enterprises and individuals for high-bandwidth and low-jitter networks, and at the same time connect to the national backbone network of Gui'an operators, provide ultra-high-speed, low-latency, high-elasticity domestic and international transmission, realize the characteristic service of "data express", and provide strong network support for the development of Gui'an's digital economy.
"One Park" is to actively lay out "one heart, two parks and three valleys" in Guiyang Big Data Science and Technology Innovation City in accordance with the "smart, ecological, green and low-carbon" approach, providing about 4.8 million square meters of residences, apartments, industrial buildings and factories, etc., providing enterprises with a one-stop physical space in the industrial park.
"One base" refers to the development of cloud in Gui'an, with 3128P computing power and advanced cloud software system, providing computing power, intelligent computing, supercomputing, quantum and other computing power, to create low-cost, high-quality, easy-to-use industry computing power supply services, the first phase of construction and operation will be completed at the end of this month.
The "one scenario" is the smart city of Dake City, focusing on building the data industry, software industry, smart city industry, BIM+CIM industry, rendering industry, and Hongmeng perception industry, and realizing the industrialization of urban services, mining, energy, intelligent manufacturing, education, medical care, cultural tourism and other industries through the empowerment of large models.
In the process of promoting the "Four Ones" development layout of new infrastructure, Gui'an Development Group relies on Huawei's well-established localization ecosystem and adopts leading domestic technologies such as Kunpeng, Ascend, HarmonyOS, Euler, and HUAWEI CLOUD, as well as international ecological technologies to ensure technological innovation and safety of the project.
