On June 29th and 30th, the 2024 13th Beijing Dance Burning Love International Standard Dance (Sports Dance) International Open Competition, part of the 16th China International Youth Art Week and the 13th Zhongguancun International Youth Art Season series of activities, was held in Beijing.
Since its inception, the "Dance Burning Love" National Ballroom Dance (Sports Dance) International Open Competition has been held for 12 consecutive sessions and has become a well-known event attracting dance professionals and enthusiasts across the country.
This year's competition has nearly 604 categories such as standard dance, Latin dance, professional, amateur, adult and juvenile, and ballroom dance, covering a wide range of participants from beginners to professionals, from children to the elderly. The contestants are not only from Beijing, but also from Henan, Inner Mongolia, Hebei and other surrounding areas, as well as from Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guilin and other southern provinces and cities, and their enthusiasm and talent together add infinite brilliance to this dance feast.
The competition was strongly supported by China International Culture Group and Beijing Haidian District Culture and Tourism Bureau, hosted by Beijing Haidian District Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and organized by Beijing Zhongyi Cultural Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Haidian Cultural Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., Zhongguancun Digital Art Center, Beijing Dixiang International Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Beijing Dance Burning Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and other parties. This "Dance Ignites Love" National Ballroom Dance Competition not only provides a platform for dance lovers to show themselves and realize their dreams, but also injects youthful vitality and passion into this Zhongguancun International Youth Art Festival.
The 16th China International Youth Art Week and the 13th Zhongguancun International Youth Art Season in 2024 will be jointly organized by China International Culture Group Co., Ltd. and the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing, with the theme of "The Sea of Youth" and based on the spiritual and cultural needs of millions of young people, with four major units, including "Passionate Youth, Red Inheritance", "Charming Youth, Flourishing", "Philharmonic Youth: World Symphony", and "Meritorious Youth: The Future Can Be Expected", with 16 projects and 21 activities. It includes various forms of cultural activities with rich content such as various Chinese and foreign fusion concerts, Chinese costume exhibitions, red research, AIGC artificial intelligence creation competitions, science and technology exhibitions, etc., and is a high-quality cultural feast integrating ideology, artistry and the times.
