The house behind me used to be the center of modern charity in China, the place with the largest number of charity groups, the largest scale, and a gathering of good people. It was built in 1924, initially mainly to help the poor in response to the "epidemic of the epidemic" at that time, and later more and more benevolent people joined, so it was changed to Hunan Charity Association. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it became Xuejiabang Primary School, and in 1994, it was withdrawn as Dongjiadu Second Primary School. The building is a three-storey mixed structure, with a combination of Chinese and Western styles. Due to the influence of the original Xuejiabang river, the back of the building is overgrown with creepers, and its full picture is no longer visible.

Inside, we can also see the well-preserved wooden staircase, on which the patterns are still clearly visible. The internal structure of the house has been greatly changed in order to facilitate the use of the school in the later period, and we can see the appearance of the early classrooms at present. 100 years of prosperity, what has changed is that it has carried batches of capable people with lofty ideals, and what has not changed is that it is still standing proudly here. Looking forward to its replacement, the next hundred years, will continue to shine.
