In the face of the increasingly severe parking problem, Kaohsiung residential area combined with the characteristics of the distribution of high-rise commercial and residential buildings in the jurisdiction and the mixed office of residents and units, the parking resources around the jurisdiction were surveyed, and the shared parking resources were excavated outward, and in-depth exchanges and discussions were carried out with the surrounding units to jointly find an effective way to solve the problem of "parking difficulties".

Although this "expedient measure" is only a short-term solution, it has effectively alleviated the problem of parking difficulties and has been widely recognized by residents.

Recently, the neighborhood committee has reached a joint construction agreement with the parking management unit of Sunac Binjiang No. 1 Hospital, and effectively used the vacant parking space resources of Binjiang No. 1 Hospital through off-peak parking. With the joint care and support of the Huangpu District Transportation Committee, the Huangpu District Traffic Management Center and the Bansongyuan Road Sub-district Management Office, the General Party Branch of Kaohsiung Residential Area and the parking management unit of Binjiang No. 1 Courtyard successfully held the "Staggered Peak Sharing Promotion Meeting" and signed a parking agreement on the spot. This innovative measure not only optimizes the allocation of resources, but also maximizes social benefits, so that the results of party building work truly benefit every resident.
