In the end, the car was covered with a coat and the car was pulled away to the 4S shop.
The family of the owner had to rush to the 4S store in time and ask the manufacturer's staff for the dash cam USB disk. After several communications, the family repeatedly emphasized that everything on the car was personal belongings and the manufacturer had no right to detain them. before I got the USB drive back.
