In terms of exterior, Cadillac's all-new CT5 is available in two exterior styles, namely the Fashion Exterior and the Sporty Look, with the Fashion Exterior embellished with massive chrome and metal accents, while the Sporty Exterior adds a diamond sports grille, blacked-out trim, 19-inch obsidian alloy wheels and a deflector rear wing on the Fashion Look. At the same time, new body colors have been added, Barley Gold and Midnight Purple. However, the only models that will be experienced this time are the Barley Gold Sport Exterior model.
In terms of body styling, Cadillac's new CT5 still adopts a diamond-cut exterior design, and the body lines of the vehicle create a sporty body posture, especially the four muscle lines raised on the engine compartment cover, highlighting its sporty attributes, and the waist from the front lights to the taillights through the lines, making the vehicle look more full.
Cadillac's new CT5 headlights adopt a streamer flying wing design, in-line starlight matrix front lights and LED flowing turn signal strips, which make the front of the car a little exaggerated and combative, and the LED flying wing taillights are lit up to increase a lot of recognition. The headlights also feature a dynamic cornering mode and anti-glare high beams.
In terms of body size, Cadillac's all-new CT5 has a length, width and height of 4930mm× 1883mm× 1453mm, and a wheelbase of 2947mm.
The tailgate of the model of this experience is not equipped with an electric tailgate function, and the trunk is relatively regular when opened, and there is storage space below after the trunk floor is lifted, which can store some tools on the car. The rear seats can be folded down in a 4/6 ratio to expand the storage space in the trunk, but when the rear seats are folded down, the openings are blocked, and they do not go directly to the rear seats, so there are some limitations to placing long items.
Inside, the all-new Cadillac CT5 features a wrap-around yacht design and is available in four interior colours: Night, Ebony, Maple and Keys. Most of the interior materials are covered with leather materials, with carbon fiber trim panels, which enhance the overall sportiness of the car, and the interior is delicate in workmanship and exquisite stitching. The multi-functional leather steering wheel is comfortable to hold, supports the steering wheel heating function, and has clear functional partitions, the left side is mainly for driving assistance functions, and the right side is for multimedia control, which is easy to operate blindly while driving.
The multi-functional seats are wrapped in Moli leather, the front seats support 12-way electric adjustment, which can be used for seat memory, and at the same time support seat heating, ventilation and seat massage functions, the overall sitting feeling is moderately soft and hard, which can give the body enough support, and the seat cushion is also equipped with manually adjustable leg drags, which can be freely adjusted according to individual needs.
The rear seats can be reclined in a 4/6 ratio, and the sitting feel is the same as that of the front seats, with a moderate cushion length and reclining angle. The rear is equipped with air conditioning vents and a USB-C port, and the center armrest is pulled down for two cup holders and a small storage space.
In terms of smart cabin, the new Cadillac CT5 adopts a 33-inch 9K surround screen super retina curved screen, and the car machine is equipped with a Qualcomm 8155 chip, with a clear screen display and sensitive response speed, and the instrument style and subtotal mileage data can be adjusted through the far left side of the screen. At the same time, the Apple CarPlay function is also supported.
The all-new Cadillac CT5 is also equipped with a head-up display (HUD), which shows clear content without a sense of vertigo. In addition, the car is also equipped with functions such as a streaming media interior rearview mirror and wireless charging for mobile phones. The all-new Cadillac CT5 is also equipped with Cadillac's cloud electronic architecture, which can be upgraded over-the-air (OTA) to the entire vehicle.
The all-new Cadillac CT5 is powered by a 2.0-liter engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, with a maximum output of 174 kW and a maximum torque of 350 Nm.
