The concert was hosted by the Chengdu Jinjiang District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Chengdu Jinjiang District, undertaken by the Propaganda Department of the Chengdu Jinjiang District Committee and the Chengdu Jinjiang District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, co-organized by the Chengdu Jinjiang District Cultural Center, and performed by the Sichuan Symphony Orchestra.
