(3) Audience members driving private cars can park their vehicles in the parking lots near the concert site (P4 parking lot, Pb1 parking lot, P3 parking lot, etc.), and after the parking lot is full, they can park on the roads around the event site: Naadam Street (section from Boke Road to Sarula Road), Sarula Road (section from Naadam Street to Yikezhao Street), Hittar Road (section from Naadam Street to Uriga Street), Munktengeri Street (section from Sarula Road to Boke Road), Wuriga Street (section from Sarula Road to Boke Road), Both sides of Boke Road (section from Monkgtengeri Street to Wuzhiga Street).

(4) Spectators taking taxis get on and off Naadam Street (the non-motorized lane from Boke Road to Naomu Road) and are prohibited from parking on the controlled road section.

4. Other matters

According to the situation at the concert site, the traffic management department of the public security organ will temporarily expand or reduce the scope of traffic control to ensure the safety of the masses and facilitate travel. The participants are kindly advised to abide by the requirements of the "Notice", obey the command of the on-site traffic police, and jointly create a safe, orderly, smooth and harmonious road traffic environment for the concert.
