Material:
3 potatoes (approx. 400g)
Shredded cheese 40g
4 tablespoons white powder
Salt a pinch of salt
2~3 tablespoons milk (can be replaced with water without milk)
1 tablespoon cream

Directions:
Step 1: Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them until they are cooked through. If using a microwave, cut into small cubes in a microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, then remove and mix and microwave for another 3 minutes or until the potatoes can be easily inserted with a toothpick.
Step 2: Put the potatoes in a large bowl and use a mud press or other suitable tool to press the mashed potatoes.
Step 3: Add the white powder and salt to a large bowl, then mix well with the mashed potatoes, then divide the milk into several portions and mix well, adjusting the consistency of the preferred mashed potatoes.
Step 4: Divide the mashed potatoes into 6 equal portions and knead them into balls.
Step 5: Gently flatten the potato balls with the palm of your hand, then spread some shredded cheese on top, then use your hands to form a ball of mashed potatoes and wrap the shredded cheese into the mashed potatoes, then gently press the mashed potatoes into a flat round cake.
Step 6: Heat the cream in a pan until melted, put the potato cakes into the pan and fry them over medium heat until both sides are colored, and then you can set them on the pan~
