Always adhere to the principle of people-centered in innovation and development
The achievements of scientific and technological innovation are the results of human creativity, and the industrial knowledge system, professional mechanism models, data models and a new generation of artificial intelligence algorithms are the creative output of human beings in long-term scientific research and production practice. However, in the long-term research on innovation, the element of "people" has been largely ignored, and the innovation of the general public (especially ordinary people) has not received due attention. Since Schumpeter proposed the producer innovation paradigm (placing the producer at the center of economic development), the degree of specialization and institutionalization of innovation has been increasing, but it implies the assumption that only some people have the ability to innovate, and the public has become the vassal of innovation under the social division of labor. In the context of the industrial economy, human creativity is also imprisoned by the efficiency and task-oriented bureaucracy.
Marx's Paris Manuscript says: "Any being considers itself independent only when it stands on its own feet, and only when it exists on its own feet." "The key to man's existence on his own is creative labor. It is only in creative labor that man is able to create his own attributes, to create relationships with others and with the outside world.
Human creativity is the essential attribute of human beings. When examining the relationship between innovation and people, it is important to pay attention to the essence of human creativity. The all-round development of people is the fundamental embodiment of creativity, even in a society with a high degree of development of large models, the all-round development of people and people-centered innovation and people-centered management are still the first principles.
