On May 25, in the Red Pine Mushroom Poverty Alleviation Base in Hujiashan Village, Gaojia Town, Weibin District, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, more than 20 villagers were sorting red pine mushrooms, which also carried the mushrooms of sandy soil in the morning, and were transported to other places by plane in the afternoon, and became a delicacy on people's tables that night.
According to the person in charge of the base, Meng Baoling, the scientific name of the red pine mushroom is a wild edible mushroom that symbiosis with the root of the pine tree, because of its dark red color, the villagers also call it "red mushroom", artificially cultivated red pine mushroom has a strong fragrance, rich in nutrition, comparable to wild red pine mushroom, rich in 8 kinds of essential amino acids and 17 other amino acids.
The base is now planting 50 acres of "red mushrooms", and in 2019, 100 new edible mushroom planting sheds, irrigation pipe network systems, drying rooms, cold storage and sorting workshops will be built. According to the development direction of the industrial alliance of the giant bulbous mushroom, the base increases the investment in the deep processing of the product, and as the Shaanxi branch of the giant bulbous mushroom industry alliance, relying on the technical advantages of the industrial alliance, the rare edible and medicinal mushroom seed farm is established.
In recent years, Weibin District of Baoji City has vigorously developed various characteristic poverty alleviation industries according to the strategic development ideas of poverty alleviation with one town and one characteristic, one village and one brand, and only the Red Pine Poverty Alleviation Base in Hujiashan Village, Gaojia Town, has attracted 63 poor households around to share dividends and work employment, and the villagers increased their income by 130,000 yuan last year.
