It is understood that the declared goods of the ticket are named "old tables", etc., but the customs personnel found that other non-declared items were hidden in the cluttered goods, including an animal skull product with horns. Later, it was identified by an appraisal center as a moose, which belongs to the precious and endangered wild animals under the secondary key protection of China.

According to the relevant regulations of our country, if the relevant import and export permits are not obtained, trade, carrying and mailing of protected animals and their products are prohibited. The consignee of the imported goods did not make a truthful declaration and could not provide a certificate of permission for import and export or a certificate of species. Tianjin Xingang Customs sealed and detained the moose skull products at the first time and handed them over to the follow-up department for processing.
