The Dapuling Tunnel is a double-hole split tunnel with a design speed of 120km/h, and the length of the right line of this breakthrough is 2162 meters, connecting Yong'an Town and Nalin Town, Bobai County, Yulin City.
The entrance to the Dapuling Tunnel is located in the Nalin Nature Reserve, with strict environmental protection requirements. Affected by the "crossing" of the Nalin Nature Reserve, the entrance to the Dapuling Tunnel was not ready for construction until August last year. The site of the tunnel is complex, the ravine is deep, the amount of water is large, the overall proportion of iv and v grade surrounding rock is more than 50%, and the whole line is mostly silty clay, landslide gravel, block stone, shallow burial section is long, the terrain is complex, the overall construction is difficult, and the safety risk is high. In the face of the ensuing geological problems, the construction team practiced the construction concept of "replacing people with machinery, reducing people with machinery", applied the new process of smooth blasting, and vigorously promoted new equipment such as three-arm rock drilling trolleys, wet spray manipulators, multi-functional automatic cloth trolleys, arch hydraulic trestles, arch mounting trolleys, etc., to help tunnel boring.
