On June 27, Jianshui County Fire and Rescue Brigade, Gejiu City Expressway Traffic Patrol Police Brigade, Jianshui County Road Administration Brigade and 120 Emergency Center and other departments carried out a comprehensive emergency drill for tunnel emergencies in the Fangmaping Tunnel of the Yuan Expressway under construction.
Drill assumptions
A bus in the Fangmaping Tunnel stayed on the carriageway for unknown reasons, causing a car to be rear-ended in the rear, due to the excessive impact of the rear-end collision, the car was squeezed, the door was deformed and could not be opened, and one person in the car was injured and trapped and the front of the car was damaged and caught fire.
After receiving the alarm, the brigade quickly activated the emergency plan for traffic accident disposal, and dispatched 3 vehicles and 15 people to the scene to deal with it. After arriving at the scene, the commander immediately carried out fire investigation and understanding the situation, and then issued an operational order: the alert group cooperated with the high-speed traffic police to do a good job of vigilance to prevent irrelevant personnel and vehicles from entering the tunnel; The rescue team immediately put on personal protective equipment, quickly laid hoses, and used water cannons to extinguish fires and rescue; Under the cover of water cannons, the rescue team used demolition tools to dismantle the vehicle body and actively rescue the trapped people. With the coordination and cooperation of all participants, the "dangerous situation" in the tunnel was quickly eliminated, and the trapped people were rescued safely, and the drill achieved the expected results. After the exercise, the participating units analyzed and summarized the drill, reviewed the cases, exchanged experiences and views, and put forward the next step requirements for the continuous improvement and strengthening of the emergency mechanism.
Through this emergency drill, the linkage joint logistics disposal ability of the comprehensive emergency rescue team and emergency professional forces was effectively tested, and valuable experience was accumulated for the handling of tunnel rescue accidents.
In the next step, the brigade will take this exercise as an opportunity to further summarize experience, find deficiencies, strengthen the application of achievements, fully prepare for the rescue of various emergencies, and escort the safe travel of the people with a state of combat readiness and professional rescue capabilities.
